1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between winmayam8 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses the winmayam8 online gaming platform at winmayam8.app and any associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, or applications.

winmayam8 is operated under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the statutory authority empowered under Presidential Decree No. 1869 to license and regulate gaming operations in the Philippines. All operations of winmayam8 are conducted in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable licensing conditions, circulars, and directives.

By accessing winmayam8 or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any documents incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must cease using winmayam8 immediately.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

Use of winmayam8 is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing gambling participation;
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where access to and use of winmayam8 is not prohibited by applicable local law;

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on winmayam8. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — identified by shared personal details, device fingerprint, payment method, or IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms. winmayam8 reserves the right to immediately suspend all duplicate accounts, void all associated balances and pending withdrawals, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

3.2 Registration Information

At registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly in the event of any change.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winmayam8 login credentials. winmayam8 will never request your password through any channel including customer support, email, or SMS. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. You must notify winmayam8 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification

winmayam8 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during registration, prior to processing withdrawals, during investigation of suspicious activity, or as required by PAGCOR compliance obligations. Failure to complete requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

4 Know Your Customer (KYC) and Identity Verification

winmayam8 is obligated under PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance framework to conduct identity verification of its users. The following documents are accepted for KYC verification on winmayam8:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• Passport (Republic of the Philippines)
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Social Security System (SSS) ID
• Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) eCard
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)

KYC verification is required before processing any withdrawal above threshold amounts determined by winmayam8's compliance policies. Submission of falsified, altered, or fraudulent documents constitutes a criminal offence under Philippine law and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

5 Deposits

winmayam8 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, USDT (TRC20/ERC20), Visa, and Mastercard.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 (one hundred Philippine pesos) per transaction, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Processing Time: GCash and Maya deposits are credited within seconds. Bank transfers are credited within one (1) banking hour during standard banking hours.
• Deposit Fees: winmayam8 does not charge fees on deposits. Standard transaction fees imposed by your payment service provider may apply independently.
• Currency: All transactions on winmayam8 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. winmayam8 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Use of third-party payment sources constitutes a breach of these Terms and may trigger account suspension pending investigation.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on winmayam8 are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: Verified accounts are required for withdrawal processing above applicable thresholds. Unverified accounts may face withdrawal restrictions.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• Processing Times: GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. winmayam8 reserves the right to determine the withdrawal method in cases of multiple deposit methods.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and published in the winmayam8 account payment section.

winmayam8 reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawal requests pending completion of verification procedures, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements. winmayam8 will notify the User of any such delay and the reason therefor.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

winmayam8 offers bonuses and promotional offers ("Bonuses") to eligible registered users. The following general terms apply to all Bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") which must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in the specific promotion terms at the time of offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period results in forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

7.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available only to registered, verified winmayam8 account holders who have not been identified as engaging in Bonus abuse. winmayam8 reserves the right to withhold or revoke Bonus offers from Users who demonstrate patterns of low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements ("Bonus abuse").

7.3 Prohibited Bonus Activities

The following activities in connection with Bonuses are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for account termination:

• Systematic exploitation of Bonus structures through coordinated low-risk wagering;
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus multiple times;
• Collaboration with other users to exploit Bonus terms;
• Providing false information to claim a Bonus for which you are ineligible.

7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses

winmayam8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any Bonus offer at any time, with or without notice, provided that Users currently in the process of meeting wagering requirements for an active Bonus will not have that specific Bonus unilaterally revoked without reasonable cause.

8 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on winmayam8 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems independently tested and verified by accredited testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined by these certified systems and are not influenced by winmayam8 in favor of or against any individual User.

In the event of a technical error or malfunction during gameplay — including but not limited to server disconnection, software error, or game client crash — winmayam8 reserves the right to void the affected wager or gaming round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. Bets placed during a technical malfunction that cannot be verified are void and the wager is returned.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages published on winmayam8 game information pages represent the long-run theoretical return over a statistically significant volume of play and do not constitute a guarantee of return in any individual session.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on winmayam8 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement or PAGCOR:

• Money laundering or use of winmayam8 for the placement, layering, or integration of proceeds of criminal activity;
• Fraud, including misrepresentation of identity, age, or payment method ownership;
• Use of automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay;
• Collusion with other players in any game where collusion affects outcomes;
• Exploitation of system errors or software vulnerabilities for profit;
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits without prior dispute resolution through winmayam8 support;
• Accessing winmayam8 from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited;
• Account sharing or allowing third parties to access or operate your winmayam8 account.

10 Responsible Gaming

winmayam8 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming among all registered players. In compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework, winmayam8 provides the following tools and resources to all registered Users:

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the winmayam8 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, and video content — is owned by or licensed to winmayam8 and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law. The winmayam8 name and logo are registered or unregistered trademarks of the platform operator.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the winmayam8 platform for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. Reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works from any winmayam8 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, winmayam8's liability to any User in connection with the platform, these Terms, or any related matter shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

winmayam8 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or consequential, incidental, or indirect losses of any kind;
• Interruptions to the platform arising from third-party infrastructure failure, force majeure events, or PAGCOR-directed suspensions;
• Loss or damage arising from a User's failure to maintain account security;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment service providers including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank;
• Any tax obligations arising from gambling winnings, which remain the sole responsibility of the User under applicable Philippine tax law.

13 Account Suspension and Termination

winmayam8 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Age misrepresentation or confirmed underage gambling;
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated against winmayam8;
• PAGCOR directive or court order requiring account suspension;
• Reasonable belief that account operation poses a risk to the platform or other users.

Upon termination for cause, winmayam8 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account where such balance arose from or is associated with the conduct giving rise to termination. Where termination is not for cause, verified eligible balances will be returned to the User via the registered payment method within a reasonable period.

Users may close their winmayam8 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) banking days, and eligible balances will be returned to the User's verified payment method.

14 Disputes and Governing Law

14.1 Dispute Resolution Procedure

In the event of a dispute relating to a gaming transaction, account decision, or interpretation of these Terms, the User must first submit a written dispute to winmayam8 customer support at [email protected] with sufficient detail to identify the transaction or event in question. winmayam8 will acknowledge the dispute within forty-eight (48) hours and endeavor to resolve it within fourteen (14) calendar days.

If the dispute is not resolved to the User's satisfaction following winmayam8's internal resolution, the User may escalate the matter to PAGCOR using PAGCOR's published complaints mechanism for licensed online operators.

14.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to the winmayam8 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved by the processes described in Section 14.1.

15 Amendments to These Terms

winmayam8 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR directive or applicable law.

The current version of these Terms, with the effective date displayed at the top of this page, is the governing version. Continued use of winmayam8 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure under the voluntary closure procedure in Section 13.
